He specializes in individual and small business taxation, nonprofits, estate and trust planning, and administration. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

    Rick graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in business administration and accounting. He has over 30 years of experience in taxation of small businesses, non-profits and individuals including tax planning and consulting services.
